How could participatory design improve civic engagement processes within local governments?\r\n\r\nUnlike the Design Sprint 4ETS experiences conducted in Italy, which addressed challenges proposed by organizations, the Bogot\u00e1 edition focused on community-driven needs. This initiative also became an opportunity to test the feasibility of structurally integrating the DS4ETS methodology into participatory consultation and decision-making processes. It was born as the initiative of a group of young friends in 2003.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97ec9eb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97ec9eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>The NARP Youth Council<\/strong> consists of young people elected through direct popular vote or representatives of ethnic communities such as Afro-Colombians, Raizales, Palenqueros, and other minorities in territories where these groups are present. The NARP Youth Assembly serves as a vital space to address the challenges and struggles faced by these communities, fostering dialogue through working groups, the exchange of artistic and ancestral knowledge, and peer interactions.
